Prices (including GST) Home Half Day Trips - $170 per person, plus $8 park entry fee per person Exclusive Use - $130 per hour plus $20 per person. For example two hours for 2 people would be $260 plus 2*$20 = $300, plus $8 park entry fee per person. Gift Certificates are available for our Half Day Trips and Exclusive Use. Postage & handling charges of $10 per certificate apply. Please note we do not give refunds once a certificate is issued. We accept Visa, Mastercard , cheque or money order.
Please note there is always a park entry fee of $8 per person (including non participants) which is payable at the kiosk upon arrival at Cliftonville. Cliftonville is a privately owned ski park which is open to the public.
Bookings & Cancellations Bookings are essential - To make your booking please phone us on 0418 633106 with your credit card details handy (visa or mastercard). Or please make cheques/money orders payable to Sydney Waterski & Wakeboard & post to PO Box 83, Cronulla NSW 2230. (allow 3 working days for clearance of cheques)
Cancellations - Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the event incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 72 hours prior to the booked time and the day of the booked time will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations on the day or "no shows".
Please note we are an outdoor, all weather operation & ski days are never cancelled due to the weather.
More about making a booking we always require full payment in advance to secure your booking. You will be paying for a certain day & time/s so please choose carefully as it is impossible to change at late notice. It is always essential that you arrive at our site at Cliftonville at least 30 minutes prior to your booking time. This will allow time for your set up (wetsuits, life jackets, equipment etc). Lost time due to late arrivals can not be made up later as we have a commitment to our next booked customers. We can not give refunds unless sufficient notice is given.
More about our cancellation policy we have to be very strict regarding cancellations because - our staff travel long distances to the river to meet our commitment to you, our valued customer. - the minimum & maximum number of customer participants is critical to the functioning of a ski day. - it is impossible to find last minute replacements due to our location. Please choose your date/time carefully!
More about the Weather at Cliftonville - We are an outdoor all weather operation where you are guaranteed to get wet! & this is why we never cancel or reschedule ski days! Cliftonville is in the middle of the Hawkesbury valley sun belt & consequently usually remains fine even when its raining in nearby Sydney. So dont rely on Sydney weather reports!
